Via Bellagio Renovations

Some friends of mine who work in management at Bellagio have informed me that there are plans in the works to renovate nearly every original Via Bellagio retail store over the next year.
Chanel began their renovations late last fall, and their grand re-opening is Monday, Jan. 23rd. Gucci is currently half-under renovation, while the other half of the store remains open. Prada, Tiffany & Co., and Fred Leighton are also supposedly going to be worked on in the near future. No decision on Giorgio Armani or Dior. Fendi and Bottega Veneta are not a part of the renovation, as they were built out years after the hotel's original opening.
Breguet, a high-end watch store, has replaced the former YSL space. Omega, another watch store, has also opened last month in the former CityCenter showroom, just off of The Conservatory.

Do you know if they will be replacing the Via Bellagio carpet as well? Its very dirty these days.

My memories of the beautiful Via Bellagio will forever be tarnished by that YouTube video of the drunk guy pissing in the large vase in the center.
