MLife Online Question

On the MLife site, when it says I have a certain number of Tier Credits, is that total Tier Credits, or is that Tier Credits past my current Tier ranking (i.e., Sapphire, Pearl, Gold, Platinum, etc.)? Considering the Tier Credits required for each level, mine don't seem to be matching up. Thanks.
