Best idea I've had all day: Check the websites of casinos that no longer exist in archive.org. If you're not familiar with archive.org, it's basically a way to see how a webpage looked at a given date. Typically the furthest it goes back is 1999...but it has www.westwardho.com back to 1996! For example...here's Stardust from March 18, 2005:
