Vegas Uncork'd Tickets on Sale

Vegas Uncork'd, the yearly food festival thrown by Bon Appetit Magazine, has started selling tickets today.

Events include the usual Grand Tasting at Caesars, Master Series Dinners and some live cooking demonstrations. New this year include events at Cosmopolitan and something to do with food trucks.
Notably absent this year is Wynn & Encore, as well as MGM Grand. According to a friend, MGM isn't participating because some of their restaurants will be closed during the event. They are getting a facelift as a part of their property-wide renovation plans.
Who the hell knows (or cares, really) about why Wynn dropped out this year. Whoever made this decision was probably also responsible for that shitty website design.
More likely, however, is that most of their big-name-celebrity-chefs have fled the building, and the few who remain are mostly turning out mediocre food, so they probably didn't want to be upstaged by the other participating properties, like Bellagio or Cosmopolitan.
