I'm curious if any one knows what kind of minimums I can expect at Wynncore for baccarat bj and craps on a Thursday night. Never played Baccarat and want to give it a try.
Bonus same question for Pallazo.

On the main floor you should be able to find at least one table of $100 mini-bac, $50 bj; and $25 craps. Lower minimumns in the morning and at least double in the hi-limit rooms. Palazzo will have $25 bj and $15 craps; not sure on bac.

If you want to try Bacc and don't mind leaving the strip, I'd highly recommend Gold Coast, for green chip action they let you handle the cards, you get to bend them, tear them, do whatever you want as long as they stay on the table...way more fun when you get to peel off that natural 9 and throw it on the table!!!

The Wynn Baccarat room has higher limits. I was there in May and the lowest table minimum was $200/hand on a Thursday night. Encore has its own baccarat room and the lowest table minimum was $100/hand. These were midi games where you can touch and bend the cards.
The dealers and pit crew in the Encore room were quite talkative and friendly which is sometimes not the case in baccarat rooms.
No idea on Palazzo. There are usually $100 minimum tables at the Bellagio. One time when $200 was the posted minimum bet, they just let me stay and bet $100/hand.
For blackjack, the Wynn has $25 tables at all hours in the pit over by the sportsbook. The pit closest to the elevators also has lower minimums. No idea on Encore. I really did not like the vibe of the casino because all the cub/d-bag types were milling around.
