which room to choose: comped room for NYE at the quad (imperial palace) or $80 for 2 nights at harrahs

So I am finally going to Vegas for New years eve. I will be checking in 12/30 and out on 1/1. i currently have The Quad/IP comped for a deluxe double queen room. I saw on with total rewards i can stay at Harrahs for $40 a night if i chose. Questions is which one would you stay at and why???

I'm not sure you could pay me to stay at either place until the Linq construction is done. For a few dollars more you can stay at Bally's, Bill's, or Rio.

I have always been a bigger fan of Harrah's. I like their food much more and is only a few steps away from Casino Royal's $5 Blackjack Switch!

Yeah, for NYE I'd spring the extra $80 for Harrah's in a heartbeat. Much nicer vibe, easier access to the street, cleaner, brighter.

Less construction around Harrah's. Would definitely take that for an extra $80.00.

If those are the only two choices then who cares? They are right next door to each other! Contruction noise will probably be very annoying at either.
