Money is no object at Surrender in Steve Wynn’s Encore adding another 5,000 square feet to its space by placing a dome over the main pool and platform area for winter. Climate-controlled panels in the dome, at the gaming pavilion and the former Switch patio will be working by Friday, with a new cyclone of 70-inch plasma screens for the sound system.
And hearing buzz about a circus show, “Le Noir,” coming to the Strip.
Would Le Noir be what is replacing Garth Brooks?

I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case. I could see this is Wynn's response to Absinthe, given his choice of plays for the Encore Theater in the past. I can say though that I haven't heard any real chatter about that over at the resort.
