What are they building next to Fontainebleu?

In the empty lot between the Fountainebleu and the Sahara they've started constructing what looks like a temporary arched structure - any idea what it is?

Fontainebleu has got to blow the last vestiges of money which they accumulated through the furniture sale to the The Plaza.

i walked past that spot last week and the only diffent thing i saw was the banner for the failed stadium has been cut down and the Fountainbleu offices that were across the street bear the name of what is planned for the Sahara spot.

I noticed that as well a couple of weeks ago. Maybe it is a staging area for the demolition and scrapping of Fountain Blue
