Someone recommended the wizardofvegas site ( thank you very much ;) ) and I see that they have that listed. Does anyone know if that is still in effect? Oh,yeah, is it also accurate that it is 3:2? How is the overall vibe there and how is their players club etc..?? Thanks!

Typically MGM has at least one table in their properties with this setup although S17 may vary, and yes it's 3/2

I don't know about now, but last time I was at the Mirage there was one main floor S17 DD table, 3:2, nRSA, NS, at $25 mins (jumping to $50 during busy times).
Bellagio and Aria start their S17 DD at $50 per hand (although Aria at least used to have $25 S17 DD, maybe it still does during graveyard shift), and I think the MGM Grand starts at $50 too (again, might be $25 during Graveyard).

for what it's worth, when I was in Vegas a couple months ago, daytime weekday (Tuesday) minimum was $25 on MGM's S17 DD tables (so not just on graveyard shift) Also, as indicated by the plural, they had 2 tables going, both full. Serious vibe too, so I played elsewhere on a H17 table with a lower minimum but great crowd and great dealers. Had a wonderful dealer named Yoshe there, knew her stuff and had great table cameraderie and was the most genuinely appreciative of dealer tokes that I have seen. Lost my money on aggressive betting but had a great time, just what the casino loves...

Yes and no - last few times I have been to Vegas they have had this S17 game, but the minimum as mentioned fluctuates depending on time of day etc. Usually $25, sometimes $50 (higher? can't remember).
On all my trips has been located in a pit right beside the Revolution lounge, perhaps opposite and down a couple tables from the lounge entrance (across from high limit pit which sits in between Love theatre entrance and Revolution lounge, if memory serves) Marked on felt as S17.
I find the vibe to be intense at the table (enough that some times walking by I have passed on sitting down, just on feeling), generally people playing seriously as you really have to seek it out. I am casual low green chip and am usually dwarfed by other players playing $50+. Most know proper basic strategy. Fairly constant pit surveillance presence as when I have played there the rest of the pit is normally not that busy, if I recall the table is actually mixed in with some party games elsewhere in the pit that are not busy in daytime. Friendly competent dealers when I have played.

Thank you so much for the info, I definitely plan to make my way over there :)
