Vegas for FREE?

Hey Everyone! So my friends all think I am crazy but this year I am trying to take a 3-4 day Vegas vacation with my boyfriend for completely free! I have a few comp nights at MGM. We both play MyVegas so will be able to maybe get show tickets and some buffets with that. I also do a lot of sweepstakes and giveaways and have been saving up gift cards that I win. I have a lot of the food covered but the flights are the issue. The flight is about $400 for each of us. I have a $100 gift card but I am still working on it all! Anyways.....do you guys have any tips of something free I could add to my list? I know Vegas has a ton of stuff available. I go there alot so I know about all the attractions. I am just looking for cheap food, etc....
Thanks!!!

If you're on Facebook, play MGM's myVegas game. I'm going for March Madness and scored enough points for two nights in a Mirage tower suite, $75 at the Sporting House (formerly ESPN Zone) in NY-NY, $75 at any NY-NY restaurant, and I'm efforting a $100 credit at NY-NY's Nine Fine Irishmen. And I'm flying there on my United miles, so I'm pretty close to free.

Remember you can only redeem 3 comps within 30 days of one another.

Yeah, I scored the hotel room before Jan. 16, which was when the rules changed.

Just out of curiousity, which MyVegas game(s) do you guys tend to play/win on?
I seem to win the most playing Bet the Farm.

Depends on what you count as "free," but look into you and your boyfriend getting airline credit cards that give you enough miles for a free trip. That's how I'm going this year -- mind you, the card has a $89 annual fee and the "free" ticket cost $35. Still cheaper than the $650 I would pay otherwise.
Do note that Vegas as a destination usually costs a lot more miles than other places, and you generally have to book way in advance.

I built up most of my points on playing Studio City early on, but I've had good luck lately with Excalibur and New York New York. However, most of my chips came from feeds before myVegas changed the rules about sharing links, and before they lowered the daily max from 50,000 to 20,000. There used to be tons of Facebook pages where people posted the links from winning chips and all you had to do was spend 20 minutes clicking and you'd get your 50K. Much harder to get the 20K max now because only 20 people can click a given link.

"free" and "Vegas" in the same sentence never seem to end well.....
