Exterior Maintenance on the Strip

Started by tripper28 on Monday, 18th February 2013 11:22 pm

Just looking at the skyline recently at night, I have noticed that nearly half of the exterior lights are burnt out on the Caesars Palace Palace Tower, in comparison to the Augustus and Octavius Towers which are completely lit. Also, the Signature at MGM Grand is having the very same problem. Why are these companies ignoring exterior lighting maintenance on these two properties in general? They look horrible. Perhaps after the "Fix the Paris Balloon' campaign, we can encourage them to also fix the lighting on these two properties!

Yes, and if they are not fixing the lights or the escalators, things that are right up front and easily seen, then what other maintenance items do you think they are ignoring that are not so easily seen?

Just be happy they don't swing the escalators in reverse. But then you can just hop on to the.. nevermind..

One set of escalators not working is a recurring theme in Vegas.

But you do know that escalators don't really break right.....

they become stairs......

Either that or sloping, gravity-fed treadmill.
