I lost $29,156 Express Comps Today

After reading other posts on another site that Mlife was back to their old ways and screwing around with their site and players, i checked my online account to realize they had taken me from $39,156 to $10,000 express comps.
Has anyone else encountered this?
Obviously i will not let this stand. If they fail to reconcile it, i can easily move my action to Wynncore. Hell, for that matter Caesars isn't all that bad.
What a dumb fucking move. Do they really think we won't notice or care?!

If you have that large an express comps balance you should be calling your host to fix the problem.

a guy over on VMB lost 9K in EC's. I believe under the new system noir is only allowed 10K max. looks like they finally got around to adjusting their system.
im surprised they didnt tell people in advance (especially their high-level players) that this would happen.

i called one of my hosts today who confirmed their computer still showed the exact amount of EC i previously had. So, its the same thing I experience when i put my card in a slot machine, it will show $10k ec exactly, regardless of what I'm owed. No long worded lettes to Jimbo will be necessary apparently.

I lost a quarter today, it sucked, fell down right in between the seat and then bounced out of the car when I got out and down a drain. I totally get how you feel with losing your comps.

Somethings really messed up. I just got back from a quick trip to MBay where my coin-in was 18K and I only got $41.00 in express comps. This is the second time my comps have been "adjusted". My host is looking into it but I doubt I'll see anything.
