Hey, cheapskates! Westcliff Express has baggage racks!

I live in the northwest part of town, and frequently ride the Westcliff Express to the casinos. It's a bus route that services McCarran Airport, Strip/Tropicana, Fremont Street, and then goes northwest eventually reaching Suncoast.
I just rode it home from VIMFP, and thought I'd let you guys know that they now have luggage racks in the middle of the bus where there used to be a section of sideways-arranged seats. A bunch of people were planning how to get downtown to The D for this year's party without getting screwed on cab fares. While I had in the past shied away from telling people with bags or a suitcase on wheels from riding the bus, that's not a concern now.
Anyway, Westcliff Express is an hourly route that runs from McCarran to Tropicana/LVB (NYNY northbound), then goes up the freeway to downtown, stops at a transit terminal before winding over to Fremont and stopping just outside The D by the Walgreens and FSE garage. It's $2 for a single ride for local and tourist alike. Because the route is an Express route, it doesn't have the many stops a typical bus route does, and the majority of the passengers are suburb locals either going to McCarran or going home.
Obviously it's only really viable if you're staying around the right hotels (Trop, MGM, Mandalay Triplets, NYNY, eastern FSE hotels) and don't mind rolling your bags along the sidewalk up to the hotel porch, but it'll get you there for less than the cabbie tip.
