Bars in vegas
Need advise on the best bars at various hotels for chilling and people watching in November.
Traveling alone so just want various places to hang out that don't get too busy, mainly daytime and early evening. Not looking to party just looking to relax.

Caesars has a few great mellow bars for people watching, including the Seahorse Lounge, and the lobby bar. The new Apostrophe bar looks cool too. Petrossian in Bellagio can be a sweet spot as well.

Paris has a casino bar called Le Centre Bar I think. Good happy hour and great people watching. It is right in the middle of things but still relaxing.

I've enjoyed Lobby Bar at Aria. The drinks are good, the feeling is laid back. If you set up near the casino end of the lounge, you're basically sitting right where people start to make the walk from the lobby through the casino to the elevators.

I like that bar in Paris too. It used to be known for the hookers that hung out there, waiting for their next job. Not sure if that still exists, but it was fun to watch.

Hit Bar at Monte Carlo. Really deep Scotch and Bourbon list as well as a great cocktail program. They have a Happy Hour (something like 5-7) in which the specialty cocktails are half off. It's also a good spot to watch the Blue Man Group parade from. When I swung by there last October, the bar was pretty slow (The bar never got completely full while I was there and only a few folks were sitting on the couches.).
