Would like to see Wynn buy it, but who knows.

Wynn is not expanding in Vegas! It's all about other regions, mostly Asia.

Packer could probably come up with a nice place, especially if he teams up with Melco on this one.

Elad practically threw the land at Wynn to build a resort on and he turned them down. If Wynn Resorts builds another property in Vegas, it will be the long rumored redevelopment of the golf course.

If these Packer rumors are true, I would not be surprised to see the Crown Las Vegas proposal originally proposed for the former Wet-N-Wild site dusted off.

Phil Ruffin must be doing that $1.2 billion dollar dance, every time news comes up about the Old New Frontier land.

Wynn should've bought the coupon on this parcel years ago. Why fuck up the golf course when you can get a massive plot right across the street for peanuts?

I hope Packer moves in. His joint in Macau was my absolute favorite.

Steve probably doesn't want to have The Donald as a neighbor......

Dayyyum!!! thats a nice looking room...and its 6 years old. Hopefully the new joint (if true) will have balconies :D

True, Steve should have bought the land when it was available just to stop someone from moving in. If this goes thru and Resorts World is a hit Steve may regret the non move. It also puts pressure on renovating Circus Circus

If he's smart he'll buy the land and put up a Walgreens or CVS, that's where all the money is....

Hey babee... let's go the Venetian Walgreens tonight, it's much more hoppin than the City Center one!

...

Actually.. a Walgreens with a club/bar in it would be an interesting concept...

I could imagine the Walgreens night club selling bottle service for MSRP. Best spot in town.

He'll put up something Delicious

Here is what they should do with this land: Built a gigantic arena and move all street "performers" to this arena and let us watch they fighting with each other.

vespajet replied on Saturday, 2nd August 2014

Either that or Monkey Poker Dome.....

I am surprised that Genting/Resorts World did not pounce on this parcel. They already control a large piece of strip front property (remember how long the Stardust Casino was to walk through - I liked that layout). I'm assuming if they picked it up they would have a parcel bigger than City Center?
