Question about the Excal

What ever happened to that free show that happened in front of the Excalibur every 30 minutes? "Merlin" and a fire breathing dragon would battle every night. WHY DID THEY DISCONTINUE IT?

Merlin was in the way of a Dick's Last Resort tarp.

Because people hated it.
Seriously. It was consistently voted Worst Show on the Strip in the RJ's annual best/worst of the city awards. It was cancelled almost 10 years ago and still won this award for a year afterwards.
