Wow!! This place is good.

The room, is dark and elegant, nothing flashy, fits quite well with the general look and feel of Aria.

The bread has bacon in it, yes they serve you a warm roll with bacon in it, that's a great first impression.

Looking over the menu you quickly see that they like to do things different, dishes you've seen before done their special way, but it works. I can strongly recommend both the Waygu Tartare and Fried Sweetbreads appetizers, probably the best tartare I've ever had. The entrees and desserts with both spot on, warm peach glazed doughnuts are what dreams are made of.

Service was excellent, never rushed or pressured, and they took time to explain a few menu items. I'll definitely be back and think I'll have to try the tasting menu.

The Chef's Signature Menu is truly excellent and contains all of the best dishes. A very reasonable fixed price and an extremely tasty meal.

Amazing! Combines quality food that can compete with anybody with a relaxed, cool atmosphere off the lobby at Aria. Definitely worth a splurge.

Perhaps the best meal I've ever had in Las Vegas except for Joel Robuchon at the Mansion and the late, great Alex at Wynn. Perfect place for a romantic dinner. Inventive, artfully presented contemporary cuisine with excellent service that matches the incredible food the kitchen is putting out. And while pricey, the tariff is still notably lower than it is at many other restaurants on the strip that aren't putting out food nearly this good.
