Classic Italian dining right on Bellagio's lake from Michelin Star winning chef / restauranteur Sirio Maccioni. By far, one of the best restaurants in all of Las Vegas.

Want to know what it's like to eat under a circus tent? Not a cheap, smelly Circus Circus hot dog tent, but a stylish, snobby tent serving up five star French food and ambiance. The French may not be the best friends to have in a fight, but those sissies sure can cook. And if you're looking to live large, the presentation here is dramatic. Le Cirque's atmosphere is whimsical with deep rich colors on wall panels, silk-draped ceilings, and wall murals of ancient circus themes. If you're lucky, you may even get a window seat to the Bellagio fountain show. For a theatrical experience, Le Cirque is hard to top, and the food is pretty good too. Le Cirque is famous for their Chilean sea bass, lobster salads, and foie gras. The petit boule de chocolat is a fabulous dessert (foreigners always cook better than they spell). Le Cirque is an unforgettable dining experience, and just to make certain you don't forget it - at meal's end, ladies are presented with a petite box of chocolates. This place can get a little pricey, so if you're on a budget stick to the fixed price menu (or try Le Cirque's excellent, but cheaper sister Circo right next door). If money is no object, let the sommelier choose the best wine for your meal out of the 900 label wine cellar and bust out those platinum cards. You only live once.

My Rating: 5

Been to Le Cirque a couple of times and have always had an excellent dining experience. Always been very busy but the wait staff seem to handle it just fine. A nice althought somewhat pricey evening and they don't seem to but the rush on you despite the hive of activity going on. Still love it.
