Victorian Room at Bill's isn't exactly a Coffee Shop, its more like a catch all, serve everything all day and all night kinda place. Lots of decent stuff here if you are at Bill's and in need of vittles pronto.

If you find yourself here, it's probably 5AM, and you're here for some cheap steak and eggs. But don't expect much - the steak is pretty damn crappy and the eggs...well, the eggs are good, but it's kind of hard to mess up eggs. But the low quality of the food are made up by watching the drunk people around trying to eat their food while making sure their drunk friend (the one with their head down the entire meal) isn't dead.
The rest of the fare here is typical 24-hr diner food. You can find better food elsewhere. Honestly, unless you're here for the cheap steak and eggs, just walk a little further south on the strip and eat at the Paris cafe, Cafe Ile St Louis
