One of the classic downtown Vegas steakhouses, Binion's Ranch Steakhouse offers standard steakhouse with incredible views of the Las Vegas valley from the 24th floor. They five types of USDA Prime beef cuts (NY, Prime Rib, Filet Mignon, Rib Eye and Porterhouse) plus a fantastic array of fish and shellfish and a mustard crust rack of lamb. Yum. Yum. Yum.

In keeping with the old Vegas feel of the rest of the property, the Binions Steakhouse is a trip back in time to when a fine restaurant meal was a green salad, a hunk of meat, and a baked potato. None of this fusion, herb scented something, chiffonade business, it's a steak house. The views are terrific, and it's a relaxing, dark place to get away from the hustle bustle of Fremont Street and the Strip. We've never had a bad meal there, including the salmon, and the service is great.
