Did you know there actually was a Tony Roma? He wasn't originally going to put ribs on the menu, but he did become quite famous for them. Tony isn't with the company anymore, and as such the ribs have become the same ribs you'll find at any national chain casual restaurant, only more expensive because of the "Famous for Ribs" slogan.
