Nero's specialty is their dry-aged beef, with each Black Angus cut aged a minimum of 28 days before even it is even considered for your plate.
What we would order:
Colossal Shrimp Cocktail as a starter, the Rib-eye Lollipop Cut as a main. I would consider one of the steak toppings offered, most likely the blue cheese. As sides, sauteed spinach, wild mushrooms with rosemary and potato gratin.

I admit I love the name: Neros. There is something really nice about a steak house that is a little old school. If you want the best steak in Vegas, this isn't it though. However, this really completes my Caesars' experience. It's right off the casino so you don't have to walk far to go back to the famous table pit and get your rain man on.
Neros is now closed. It was replaced by Old Homestead. Not a single customer in there on 12/28/11 so I didn't try it.
