Great for lunch if you're at the Cosmo. Really flavorful and also good service. The "salt air" margarita is good too, and I don't even like that drink.
I typically shy away from anything claiming to be fushion cuisine, mix Mexican and Chinese and I'm likely to shy away more. We visited one night last trip for a later dinner. Sat at the bar and bartender was pleasant without being overly chatty and provided good service.
The food was very good, as we tried a couple of items, duck tongue tacos, beef tacos, fried rice, sesame noodles, etc. I would highly recommend a visit. The food was reasonably priced and had a finesse to it, that seems to be disapearring from many mid priced level joints.
