As close to a New York style, thin crust, floppy, chewy cheese, salty delicious mouthwatering pizza as you'll ever get without being in a big gigantic city. Worth the trip.

A surprisingly serious pizza, one of my top 5. Crust is definitely the best NY style crust I've had. Prices are downright reasonable (as of my writing: $3 a slice, $18 for a whole pie). Even better, they're open very late.
I could just tell you where it is, but it's more fun to discover it. Cryptic clue: Inside the hotel, there are two table games that have the lowest minimum. The pizzeria is down a hallway that you can see from the bigger table.
Good pie, yet inconsistent. When they try and throw a dried up overcooked slice at you, smirk and say "for reals?"
I guess i am weird, but maybe we found it on a bad night. I was food court pizza, no more. I guess I will give it another try in September as Mrs. Roller's sister wants to eat there.
Coming from Chicago pizza in Vegas is very hit and miss. The new Pizza Rock in Fremont has some great pie.
