The plan this trip was to check out burgers and here at Holstein's I may have found one of the best burgers I have ever had in Vegas. After a short wait I was taken to my table and ordered the Homestead, a burger topped with brisket. To accompany that I had a black and whihe milk shake. The first bite of the burger was sheer heaven. No sauce was needed since the BBQ sauce did the trick. The steak fries were nice and really didnt need anything. The shake was sublime. You have an option of sitting at the bar, in the lounge or at a table. The place isnt really set for individual dining so you sit at sections of a large couch. Aside from the silly wait for a table when i could see the back wasnt full the service was efficient. I will return here again.
Best burger I've had in Vegas so far. 3 visits, 3 different burgers, I have yet to be disappointed. Good ambience while eating at the bar/lounge area as well.
