Take the old Pink Pony coffee shop at Circus Circus, the IP buffet, and the Boardwalk buffet and you have Uncle Carl's. Check the sign out front of the restaurant for the specials they offer. Last week, the offer was eat at Carl's and get a free dirt nap for the night at Fontainebleau.
I love me a dirt sandwich. Recommended until contstruction restarts.
