A great late night option for Chinese food lovers all over Las Vegas. What we would order: Squab Lettuce Cups, Cantonese Princess Chicken (Steamed chicken and scallops), Spicy Dungeness Crab with Peppercorn, Lobster Macau, congee... basically everything.

Fantastic food all prepared fresh. It's a real culinary treat and it's really cool to watch the many chefs behind the counter cook everything in woks over the large open flame oven. We went not knowing what to expect and we thoroughly enjoyed our food (wontons and kung pao chicken). Huge portions and reasonable prices.
A little chaotic, not the most atmospheric of dining halls - but I enjoyed fine food. Certainly a value: worth taking a shuttle to Gold Coast to try it.
