This buffet tends to get a fairly bad review, but in my opinion is one of the better ones in Vegas, considering the quality of food and the pricing. The pricing is very good for a strip buffet, and for something like breakfast, I'd dare you to eat at a coffee shop at this property or a similar one and not spend at least the amount on an entree. It's fairly standard fare for breakfast buffets, omelet station, usual suspects of breakfast food, all prepared well and in good condition. They also have a smoothy machine, which is a nice twist for the morning breakfast. In the middle of the strip for breakfast at least, I'd say it's the best value there is.
My last 3 trips to Vegas (2010 Mar, 2009 Dec, 2009 Aug) I ate breakfast one time during the trip here. This buffet is not as fancy as Wynn or Bellagio, but has a nice selection of the usual breakfast suspects but some other offerings (eg, waffles, pancakes). Great dessert bar plus gellato. Give it a try.
The salad bar is accessible with a nice variety to choose from. You can get a slice of plain angel food cake and fresh strawberries at the chocolate fountain, or a nice plain Rice Krispie treat. They have southern-style banana pudding, too.
