The Main Street Station buffet is one of the better ones. Because there are so many Hawaiian customers at that hotel and the California across the street, there are several items of a more luau/Asian nature than a lot of the other buffets down on the Strip. We found the food to be always fresh and hot and attractive. The layout is good for getting around to the various stations. Look for: the hot cinnamon rolls over by the pizza. Gentlemen: don't forget to visit the men's room that has a piece of the Berlin wall in it.
Best Buffet downtown and one of the best overall in the budget category. Nothing terribly fancy lie you'll find at Wynn or Bellagio, but really good variety of comfort food and very tasty. Cannot beat the price and much better than other buffets in its price range - or even a bit higher price ranges.
