I'd call this a non-traditional steakhouse, they have a wide selection of appetizers, sides, and steaks, some of them not what you'd expect at a steakhouse. Of course, they're all really good so who cares. All of my meals here have been excellent, starting off with a big martini that has a blue cheese filled olive floating in it, and always getting the Waygu Tartare, steaks are tender and cooked to perfection.

The best steak I had when I was in Las Vegas. The manager and hostess were both extremely helpful too!

The steaks are awesome, but what sets Craftsteak apart is the quality of the sides. From amazing pureed potatoes to the tastiest mushroom plates you'll find anywhere to all sorts of roasted vegetables, Craftsteak deslivers a feast with every item you order. Highly recommended.

Incredibly fresh seafood, a great selection of perfectly prepared steaks, even the sides & desserts were impeccable, as was the service. If you're a Scotch aficionado like I am, this place has one of the best collections of single-malt Scotch I have ever seen anywhere in the world. The best steakhouse in Vegas, period.
