A nice choice if you are staying at the Monte Carlo and you are looking for some Italian style cuisine. I would guess there are better choices on the strip though, although I don't eat Italian a lot when I'm in Vegas. The service was decent along with the food when I was there. I'd even say that the pricing might be a bit too high for the offerings and considering the restaurant had few customers, perhaps that is another indicator. There is a high end feel to the place, and while there is nothing wrong with that, I can't help but think that they'd be better served at positioning the Monte Carlo and it's restaurants as a more mid tier property with more of a focus on quality rather then elegance.
Just average Italian. Had dinner in Dec 2009 on Monday night. Noise level was loud and atmosphere was more 'hip/modern' with waiters in blue-jeans. Food was not bad, portions small, and not too inexpensive. I was not impressed to come back; will try other Italian places.
