Sushi, Brazilian style. Yeah, seriously. Ok, so they have sushi AND they do Japanese yakiniku robata grilling with Brazillian rubs and the occasional Peruvian and Brazilian dishes thrown into the mix. Definitely a one of a kind.

One of John Curtas from eatinglasvegas.com's least favorite restaurants. My experience there was a bit different. I've had lunch there twice and both times the service was good and the food was good. My expectations going in though weren't that of a food critic. I found the sushi to be fresh and of good quality. I couldn't tell you whether it was out of the ocean that morning, but I know it tasted fairly fresh and that I could tell the difference with it then other lower cost options at home and in Vegas. The prices were a bit high, but in comparison to other Palazzo offerings, I thought they were fair. Sushisamba has run a happy hour with reduced appetizers and drink specials for some time now that they have posted on their link under the Palazzo website as well.
