Lagasse's Stadium was originally Jay Z's 40/40 club, and other than giving the owner the boot and installing Emeril's trademark brand of bar food, the principle hasn't changed. Lagasse's Stadium is a gigantic, plush sportsbook slash sports bar where you can eat, watch the game and bet on it using the latest mobile gaming technology.

Food isn't bad, although it's definitely a bit secondary to the place, as the restaurant is the de facto sportsbook for the Palazzo. They offer drinks by the pitchers and depending on the event have a great stadium seating area with couches. I say depending on the event, as some events require reservations and minimum purchases, but other's have no requirement whatsover besides that you are planning to eat/drink during the game. The stadium seating area with a couple of friends, could be the best place in Vegas to watch a game for those of us who are not high rollers and don't have access to the MGM Sportsbook suites. Food here is a bit pricey for bar food, but less pricey then most of Emeril's places. There are some unique items on the menu for sports bar food and the quality is pretty good. The drinks menu is fairly diverse and offers a couple of nice combinations for mixed drinks that are worth a try. On a previous trip my 2 friends and I each bought a different pitcher. We made it through a fairly long NBA playoff game, at about $30 a piece for the pitchers, and definitely had a good buzz going for that price.
