Le Burger Brasserie, like all dining options at Paris Las Vegas, takes a traditional cuisine and runs it through the filter of French cooking. Here, it's a sports & burger bar done up with ingredients imported from France. Oh and they've got a $777 Kobe Beef and Maine Lobster Burger just in case you've got that itch to scratch.

A very solid burger bar substitute. You probably won't be blown away with your meal, but you'll enjoy it for the price and a quick place to eat. Bonus points as the current server outfits are worth a trip for the men in the group. (the old outfits were some of the ugliest ever)
I'm downgrading my rating, based on my October trip, visited with 5 attendees of VIMFP before we headed downtown. The wait for a table was long, considering their was no line and room inside, upon getting seated the waitress came by and took drink orders, and then complained that we requested separate checks, as we hadn't told her initially. I get it, we probably should have, but how many times do you see 6 guys on the same bill while dining???
I ordered the Caesars salad with chicken, which came out a full 10 minutes after everyone else's burger. The chicken was cooked well, the rest of the salad was awful, no flavor dressing, tasteless parmasean cheese, and a plate that wasn't really the right side for how much salad they piled on it. It was just bad. Add in snarky remarks from the waitress that I'm sure were meant to be cute for one of the guys ordering maker's mark and the waitress not being able to get 6 checks out but only two and you might be able to see my disappointment.
I won't be returning, unless I'm completey stuck without a dining choice and in the area.
One of the best burgers on the Strip
My wife and I eat here on every trip we take. Service can be spotty at times but we love a good burger and the 2 for 1 beer during happy hour helps to. We will keep coming here for years to come.
