Eiffel Tower Restaurant is one of the best French restaurants in Las Vegas, and the view from the Eiffel Tower is pretty awesome. Great food, great atmosphere... make a reservation or have fun standing in line. It's got its own website too.

The food is a cut below the finest places on the Strip (still very good, just not inventive or amazing), but the amazing room and view from the Tower sets this restaurant apart. PHENOMENAL date spot.
The view alone is worth whatever your'e paying, I took my wife there last year and it was awesome, the food was great, the wine too ( we got the cheap one as we don't drink wine that much but still it was very nice ).
From the moment they take you to the elevator you know its pretty nice and it made me feel I should have worn a tie, the servers are very polite and the menu's plates look nice, once they bring 'em to you, they look great and taste even better. The overall ambience is very classy but nothing that makes you feel odd ( aside from my lack of tie ), dim lights, suave music, pretty view and great food... a must for any Vegas tripper.
We figured it would be too touristy but must have hit a good night. Fantastic view and very good food. Might give it a go once more.
