Keeping the whole "the" theme going, you have TheCafe here, while it's not bad it clearly thinks more highly of itself than it should and prices reflect that. It's not terrible, but it's not so much better than Raffles that you should spend the extra money eating here. In recent visits I've noticed it's no longer 24 hours and in many cases it was closed completely for my entire visit.

Ate here twice for breakfast, both times I had the Lobster Thermador on toast points for breakfast - thought this was a cool & different item for a breakfast menu...The Room was attractive, food was good, service was better the first time than the second time, would've probably gotten a 5 if the service had been more consistent over both visits.

Expensive for a "coffee shop", I guess, but the food is really more upscale than at even the more expensive coffee shops on the strip, so the price is worth it when it comes to the quality & selection of the food...
