Ribs were on my mind after watching the Sirens at TI so I decided to avoid the crowds and head into Gilley's. The place has a great view of the Strip The ribs come with 2 sides and some cornbread. The ribs are perfectly moist and smoked just rignt. The cole slaw was just ok because it needed a little more bite. The staff is cool and always check on you. The prices are right.
