Red 8 is a Chinese food centric bistro peppered with a handful of other Asian cuisine options. The decor is way better than the food which can be hit or miss.

I visited during an afternoon at Wynn, they had a lunch special for $18, which included a number of options, fried rice, dumplings, etc. I found the food to be very good and for a special, reasonably priced for budget minded consumers. (budget minded for strip travellers at least).
