Caesars Palace: The VegasTripping Review 2012
Finding Faith In The Deluxe Palace Tower Room
Further down the hallway is a vanity, which for some strange reason was covered in a fantastic array of welcome gifts, addressed to someone who wasn't us and sent up from the generous folks at casino marketing. Gifts included three bottles of Fiji water, a plate of exotic fresh fruit and a ginormous basket of Payard chocolates. Hawt! Keep your eyes peeled for a VegasEats: Comps That Ain't Ours post coming soon!
At this point, it dawned on us that we were accidentally upgraded from a basic room to some high rollers' unclaimed suite. Score!
Behind the vanity is a four door closet, whose lights turned on whenever you walked by the door - great for the mid-snooze drunken run to the can. One side featured the requisite iron/board and a safe designed to hold nothing more than cash and casino chips.
The alternate side featured a tangle of hangars, some robes, hooks and a luggage stand. I put that big black mark on the wall all by myself. Directly behind the closets is the master bathroom, but we'll get to that later.
