Real Deal on the Fitzgeralds
Luck O' The Irish is plentiful in this groovy (and somewhat non-funky) downtown gamble joint. They offer comped meals for hitting some Video Poker hands, have an agressive comps points program and the folks there are just plain super duper nice.
Are the vibes lucky at Fitzgeralds?
Good time gambling... positive vibes, positive energy. Unlike some other joints downtown (Las Vegas Club etc) the casinos can be pretty spooky and a little depressing... not the Fitzgerald! The crews are good, the odds are good and its a good time gamble. Worth checking it out.
What casino games are offered at Fitzgeralds?
The Fitz has expanded its casino floor to 32 gaming tables including some you won't find in too many places in all of Vegas: Blackjack Switch (evidently you can switch cards around the table), Double & Six-Deck Blackjack, Hold'em-Fold'em, Deuces Wild, Caribbean Draw Poker, Three Card Poker (pays 3 to 1 on a flush - kick ass!), Royal 20s, Spanish 21, and Let It Ride. No craps or roulette, but there are lotsa slots

The casino is kind of dark and dingy. They still have some coin-out slot machines-definitely old school. The casino was loud and energetic @ 1 AM on a Monday morning. The wife won an extra $40 using $15 free slot play that she got in the mail. Overall a pretty good time.
