Real Deal on the Four Queens
Nice little joint downtown. Big by downtown standards, but little by strip standards. The gaming is hot, vibe is chill and the microbrewery upstairs kicks ass.
Are the vibes lucky at Four Queens?
It's kinda like a pub/casino. One long strip of gaming tables with slots surrounding it and to the wings. Never really had much luck here but the atmosphere is still cool. The tables all have strange variations to the games (Lucky Ladies Blackjack etc.) which kinda scares us off. The slots are playable though, but stay away from the Video Poker at the bars.
What casino games are offered at Four Queens?
27 table games, a 1000 slots machines, yes sports book, yes keno. No poker room.
Does Four Queens have casino comps?
Free slot pull on the big bertha machine right inside the front door. Give it a whirl, you just might win!

I used to stay at the Plaza Downtown, but now my choice is Four Queens. It's not expensive like the Nugget or Main St Station, but it's pretty and well-kept. The coffee shop is one of the best downtown, and I do fairly well at the slots (the best are up front near the doors). The rooms are nicer than most, and not too many hotels in Vegas have coffeemakers in-room. I love having that coffee (decaf also) first thing getting up. The only thing I didn't like is that they've started charging for valet parking. I don't know if other places are doing this now.

Nice room under canopy and right over Four Queens sign. Bright, noisy and ghetto.... Food cheap and greasy (4 police eating at 3am), and smelly. Classic. Dirty old school. 9-10-08 not bad. Kinda tight slots and slow to no drink service. Get what you pay for.

Just got back, 1-18-10. I had never stayed downtown before, I thought I was a strip girl, not anymore. My mom and I stayed at the Four Queens. Compare to Excalibur, Flamingo, Stratosphere. Not as nice as, of course, the more expensive strip hotels. Mom has arthritis so usually by the end of the trip she is hardly walking. Downtown, everything is closer, variety of food, bingo, and casinos. On the strip the casino right next door is 1/2mile walk. So unless you plan to eat in only your casino or taxi everywhere stay downtown. I am a new Downtown Vegas lover. Rooms were clean, (I'm a germaphobe to). Connecting door was not noise proof at all. Neighbors woke me up from a dead sleep having s#x twice. Between mom and I, heard them at least 5 times in two days, could have totally done without that show though. Maybe could use more foam padding around the door trim or something between connecting doors. Hugo's Cellar wonderful. Magnolias was typical coffee shop but good. Compare to maybe Denny's cuisine and prices. California hotel, 1 blk over, 1 blk down, cheap good food also. Overall, FOUR QUEENS is a definite will stay at again. Mom won, Four Queens and Fremont. I lost everywhere I went. :) That's the norm though.

We absolutely LOVED the Four Queens. We will be taking my parents there for their first DT stay. Brian Wirtz (casino host) got us some amazing rates. Can't wait to hit La Bayou for a Mudslide!! MMMMMMMMMMM............

My first Vegas love, the Four Queens was a bit dingy and ratty, but they had good video poker and a fun bartender named Steve. The 4Q was host to our motley gang's first Vegas trip ever, and it gave a lot of bang for the buck. The tradition of Steak and Eggs after the first late-nite bender also began at the brunch joint at the 4Q. Good times.

The rooms are nice and updated. Hurray for in-room coffemakers! I have made some good money on the slots, not major jackpots, but good. Just don't bother with the slots in the back. FQ has a nice gold-and-well-lit ambience and is not too big. I like being able to look out over the casino from the coffee shop, which is much nicer than most. I'm still peeved that they're charging for valet parking, though.

Four Queens has a nice section of table games and the people that work there are great. The problem is everyone else thinks so too and getting a table proves to be difficult at times, even during normally slow periods.

The only thing that would make this place better would be 5 Queens.

I came; I played; I won. For my first visit to Four Queens, the service was friendly, drinks arrived quickly, craps table staff were friendly, fun, and energetic. I will visit again.

My first and second Vegas Hotel I stayed at. Best value at downtown, low limit on gaming and good odds on craps. Nice clean room now with flat screen TVs. I will be back if ever need a value trip.

Stayed for 9-10 and 9-11-08. Not bad birthday will never be the same after 9-11, bday 9-10. But still gotta represent! Food greasy and huge and slots tight and small.
