Harrah's is a middle of the road hotel in a great location. Perfect for those looking for a decent room at a decent price (You can get very good room offers if you sign up for their email offers.) I feel bad for anyone how has a room that face Carnival Court since the place is quite loud until late at night. The "deluxe" room I had was comfortable (I'm low-maintenance, so anything above the typical roadside motel is a step up.), but the view of the parking deck wasn't something I liked (Some desk agents will try to up sell a Strip-view room, mine didn't, but a friend of mine did spend the extra $10/night for a decent Strip view.). The only restaurant I've eaten at was Flavors, which is a pretty good buffet, albeit a bit pricey (thank goodness for the coupon in the funbook). I got there right before the mid-morning rush, the food was good.

Stayed at Harrah's twice. 2003 and 2005. The difference is that the first time they were a minor player in Las Vegas and the second time they owned the mighty Caesars Empire (Caesars, Ballys, Paris, and so on). One thing didn't change: The casino layout is silly. Another thing that didn't change: The casino bartenders were fairly cool. Oh one more thing didn't change: Carnaval Court, the outdoor bar/stage is still kind of fun. Oh and then there is the location......very nice! BUT......there is Toby Keith's bar, as I said a poor casino layout, a really subpar pool, and just a general feeling that they want your money so they can knock down places like the Imperial Palace, O'Sheas, Flamingo, and Bally's so they can build something really uninspiring. It's usually a decent price, but your money can be spent better elsewhere.

Nice hotel and did well on the slots. Would definitely stay there again.

It's not too bad of a place to stay. My room wasn't too bad, but hell I thought the rooms at the Riv my first trip were nice. The gaming is a wee bit tight, but heck, I'd rather go over to O'Sheas anyway.

Rooms are well appointed but small. The casino is cramped and stuffy. But the drink service is awesome...actually too good considering the lack of bathrooms nearby. You get an idea of why Harrah's has been so successful because there are plenty of low/mid level rollers who are having the time of their lives here because they're getting comped. There's a fun vibe in a place where people are losing but still feel like they're coming out ahead of the game.

the rooms are clean, and lets be realistic, how much time do you spend in your Vegas room anyway...maybe 3 hours a day...dead center location...this place gets one extra dice fo the Party Pit and it's insanely addictive Triple Shot, fun dealers, and nearby bar in case the service gets slow

on night we were reaaly drunk and we were tring to take a picture of the jesture while his eyes were both red and we couldn'tv hold the camera steady enough to get a decent picture. we tried for what seemed like all night and never got the picture we wanted.hopefully next time we will have better luck
