I love every thing about this place. The layout, the pool, the food, the location. I have won alot here ( again, very important ), and efficiently for the wife, its right next to the forum shops. If she lets me, my headstone will look like the Mirage...volcano and all.

My Vegas home. The recently redone Tower Deluxe rooms are great and have some neat geek toys to boot.

My all time favorite is the Mirage, this is the Hotel and Casino that started the boom on the strip. This place is still nice and even thogh somewhat dated, iin it's day was the newest and most facinating casino on the strip. Steve Wynn knew what he was doing when he built this place.

I love the Mirage. This is still what I think about when I think about Las Vegas. There is no place I would rather be then at the Mirage pool. I recently stayed in a one bedroom Tower Suite, and I have to say for the price it was, without a doubt, amazing. It was $135 a night for the first 3 nights the $150 for the last, and they included $80 in food credit, a line pass ( but only for the cafe, buffet, and CPK) And, 4 tickets to the dolphin habitat and secret garden. The room was starting to show it's age, but it was big, spotless and beyond comfortable.

Best mix of the high and the low of Las Vegas. Great energy, great design, and ALWAYS a good time.

The opening of the Mirage in 1989 signaled a change in all resorts in Las Vegas. Gone were cheap eats, lousy entertainment and cheap rooms. We offered a higher standard of luxury, but still affordable to the family traveler.

My go-to property when Wynn is either full or too expensive to justify. I love The Mirage, even with the changes that have gone down in the last two years. This place has staying power.

Great Location, Worn rooms, Excellent Dining options, Big, One of top clubs (JET), I compare this to Mandalay only swap rooms at Mandalay to Mirage and it would be a must stay for me every time. The only mark I can find agains Mirage is the rooms are smaller and not updated.

Swanky by our standards. The gambling is way outta our league. We're all about the 9/7 quarter slots. the odds here are not good and it'll cost ya at least five bucks a hand in video poker. The Hotel is amazing though.

This had been my favorite until recently. A bad run at the tables will do that. Several bad runs will turn a6 into a 5. Would be lower but I stayed in the Penthouse sweet and that was luxury at it's finest. Add Stack and the pool bar and I can't hate on Mirage too bad.

the mirage what can i say hmm damn it was huge and well... dark for the most part. in the casino anyways. we were here to visit the secret gardens and to have a stroll around the place little did we know it would take again half a day to do it and not see all of it . we did see all of the gardens but to get there was quite the feat walking through the maze of slots and getting lost at the poker area due in part to a sign in the wrong place pointing us to the pool and gardens area. as we arrived in the gardens area it was very nice and well covered with green foliage and trees to shade you from the sun so if you're there on a hot day you can catch a break out there in the shade in the gardens the animals were awesome but one tiger did decide he wanted to mark his territory might i add. as me and about 4 others were sprayed so that was our cue to exit and get to a restroom and clean up lol

Tropical rainforest: plus 1. Giant aquarium behind front desk: plus 1. Dolphins: plus 1. Cravings buffet: plus 1. Luxurious rooms: plus 1. Fat, cute little birdies eating leftovers by the dolphin habitat: plus 1. Not-so-great VP selection: -1. Score = 5.

If you really think about it, the Mirage is truly a magnificent place. You have the huge and elegant suites, the attention to detail, huge-ass dome with trees in it, lots of hidden gems and last but not least, those secret mini mansion villas. Now if only MGM hadn't made the casino and rooms all contemporary and boring.

I have stayed here once and will stay here again soon. I love the smell, the layout, the staff, the decor, the location, the eating selection, and most certainly the pool. I really enjoyed my time at the Mirage and look forward to visiting them again. Price for value ratio is brilliant at this hotel/casino.

Casino is a little dark, but I found the dealers pretty friendly. I hope they lose the 6:5 rubbish. I hear they got rid of the cafe as well. While it wasn't the best in the world, I vaguely recall enjoying breakfasts there at 4:30

The Mirage is a nice hotel! The animal habitat was kinda cool, but very expensive to see. Seems like the MGM-Mirage corporation is catering this joint to high rollin' family types. The one plus, if traveling with shopping types, the Forum Shops are right next door from the enterance of the Mirage.

The first joint that the Mrs and I ever stay at in Vegas. Really love the aquarium behind the check in desk. Probably one of the better values on the strip.

The newly remodeled rooms are very nice-except if you're allergic to the bleach they use on the sheets. My skin started burning shortly after getting into bed, and as welts appeared I called for 2 blankets to sleep on. My friend had a lesser reaction. Now I know to look at all room pictures, and see if they have white sheets. The likelyhood of this same problem will be there.

I have always wanted to stay at the Mirage and finally did so In January of 2010. The room was very nice and well decorated but I was not feeling the vibe in the casino. BLT Burger is a great place for a Burger and a Brew and Stack is awesome food but that is about all that is good for dining options. The selection of Rum at Rhumbar is great but the service on the patio was awful. The sports bar is the only casino bar to grab a drink, watch a game and play some bartop video poker and it's always packed. Another good casino bar would be nice. Overall I liked the Mirage but it really doesn't have an exciting vibe anymore, the casino renovation took away the uniqueness that was Mirage and made it just another non-descript casino floor.

Showing its age. Nice middle of the road buffet. Rooms were still in the rainforest style when I was there. Slots tight for me. Try the BLT Burger Shakes. MMM

Loved it. The new version that is. This place is back and in a big way. They were not quite done with it while I was there July 2007. Unfortunately the spa was not complete so can't comment; went across the way to the spa at TI. It was ok, but I digress. The Mirage is awesome, the drink service was eh, but the pit bosses and the craps tables were hot. The dining is much better than the review for Kokomo's lets on. I believe that for the average bon vivant the dining options will do just fine. Why be a snob, if you know the finer things in life and your at the Mirage you will be aware that they surround you. Japonais is delightful, the deli and its gefilte fish will hit the spot at around 3am. The pool is a paradise and a cabana on a 4 day bender is just the thing. Did I mention the service is par excelence. By the way Olga the pit boss is a Grande Dame, be nice to her I want her where I left her.
