I have stayed here more than any other place....high limit gaming at $25 limits during the daytime, can't beat that. All dealers, pit bosses there are extra friendly. Can't wait to go back. Try Diablo's.

The sight of my single biggest win ever, 9G's on roulette no less, and therefore very important to me. I hope they have not changed in hte last three years bc I loooooove the smell of the shampoo/conditioner/lotion here. So much memeory association I'll drop a little in the hottub to relax, drink some whiskey and think about Vegas. Rooms are ok, but Ive never seen one sober.

Love the location. Great overall value.

Great casino design: walk in a straight line and you see everything. Nice but not overwhelmingly so, which is probably why we don't hear too much about it. Their cigar shop probably had the most knowledgeable clerk of any I've met.

I stayed at the Monte Carlo in May 2000 right after I got my divorce and it was my first solo trip EVER. When I arrived I was a little nervouse about being in a big city all by myself. My room was nice, a little small, but fine for just me and the casino was very good. Like all of Vegas; the service was great for a true first timer like myself.

Nice, clean rooms. Nothing flashy at all. I personally had some great blackjack runs here but the dealers range from morose to a lot of fun. Drink service is about average but they don't seem to be actively trying to get you drunk here. The pool area is nice enough but I was there during CityCenter construction and that kinda sucked. Overall, a good property but to me it's just kind of bland. I personally liked themed casinos.

Kind of boring, but bonus points for lots of open tables, and unusually friendly pit-bosses.

Enjoyed Monte Carlo. Quiet casino and nice room.

Nice place to say, but nothing really stands out about the property. Once CityCenter opens it could become our new home base.

I stayed here prior to the beginning of CityCenter construction, which with the 24 hour construction going on next door, this place can no longer be described as "sleepy." But it's dull, and friends who have visited the hotel more recently than I have complained that the furnishings are no longer all that great and the prices are too high for what you get. Maybe the winter 2008 fire will expedite room remodeling on the property.

We stayed here in November / December 2008. I was pumped about it as I feel at home there, and spent more gaming time in the place during our first visit than the hotel we stayed in last time (CircusCircus). We got one of the re-modelled rooms in the back wing (not the Aria building site side, thank god!), which was nice and plush, and would have been happy to stay, but for the neighbours who watched sports until 4am, then decided to argue..... Three moves later (one for a noisy, leaking toilet, and one for a noisy baby) and we ended up with a strip view from a smoking rm. This was clearly one of the older rooms, and was really in need of a refurb to replace the chipped furniture, plus the bathroom was tiny. Besides the lack of sound proofing, I have to say that I still love the Monte, and will probably go back there one day, as long as I can get a refurbished room without a connecting door!

I love the Monte Carlo. Even if I don't stay there I have to visit their casino because it's soooo lucky for me. I never leave Vegas without stopping in.
