Stay here all the time! Great machines! Great poker room! Super sports book! Very friendly staff! Big rooms plus a little window in the bathroom that lets you gaze out as you are scrubbing up for the day. Shuttle service over to the Gold Coast and Rio is great! Really enjoy this place!

The Orleans is truly my home away from home. I've been staying there for about 15 years and it's so nice to see the same faces at the front desk and pouring comped beverages (liberally) year after year. It tells me that the organization takes care of it's people and at least tries to keep them happy.

The rooms are always clean, large enough for what we need and the bathroom has a friggin window in the shower! It's awesome!

The buffet and cafe are both super values and very good quality for the price. Koji has some tasty sushi and I hear Don Miguels is also really good.

The slot hosts there are always good to the "low-rollers" and while we don't get ALL our food comped, I haven't paid for a room there in over a decade.

Now I know late at night and other periodic times some "colorful" characters (drunks, very "friendly" ladies, etc) can be found at The Orleans, but I've never had a problem there and I look at it is adding a little "spice" to things so it's all good.

Off strip doesn't mean you have to settle for less. Room was spacious and extra clean. Staff was very helpful. Casino is not as swanky as the strip properties, but there is plenty of action. The drink service is awesome!

I am always lucky at the Orleans so I always go back. I don't like the rooms because I didn't like hanging my clothes in the bathroom and I prefer to have a safe in my room. The lights were not very bright in the bathroom or at the table in the room where I put on my makeup

It was refreshing walking down a smokey hallway. Felt as I was home again (Stardust)... The buffet is good, I ate there several times every trip. Terrible Mike's was good, but they took that out awhile ago.

Always get comped a couple of nights. Lots to do (cinema and bowling). Good drink service from the prettiest girls. Just cannot find an gambling I really like (maybe I've just been unlucky here).

It's our "go to" place when we go to Vegas. It caters to locals, and they have a great pool with a large tropical jacuzzi. They also have a great movie theater and bowling alley. Great buffet. All Boyd properties have Senior days on Mondays, more points and discounts. Big rooms with lots of space. Always get treated very well by the staff.

A great value with bigger than average rooms, the rooms have a seating area (not a table and chairs! A full size sofa and love seat with coffee table.)

The rooms were larger than one would expect for the price. Love the layout of the casino (vaguely zig-zag pattern makes everything seem easily-accessible), the food is decent, and Brendan's Irish Pub is a great place to have a whiskey or two. The video poker has decent paytables (am addicted to their 5-hand 9/6 JoB), and the drink service is AWESOME.On the downside, the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows suck, and last time we were there, some manner of insect feasted on us every night. The air conditioner is positioned such that if you close the window to block out the light from the Strip, you block the airflow - not a good thing in summertime. Overall, though, a great place to stay on the cheap if distance from the Strip is not a big issue (Rio and Palms are in fairly close proximity).

This is a fun hotel. The lounge bands always get the crowds jumping and the drinks are good. I like the casino atmosphere at night, a good crowd. Husband likes the seafood buffet on Fridays. Nice break from the strip.

Not on the strip but still a favorite of mine. Cheap drinks and a ton of gambling going on there. 2 for 1 hotdogs plus $1 beers on a occasion. Great way to spend the afternoon at if you like bowling. they have 70 some lanes of proffesional bowling lanes. Very cool place
