Real Deal on the Planet Hollywood
The Planet Hollywood casino is a pretty nice joint inside even if it looks like an explosion at a Quiet Riot concert. The table limits vary from mid-to high minimums and there are always a lot of tables in action. If you're looking for a specific slot machine, they've got slot finder kiosks around the entrances, which is a great thing as the Planet Hollywood's casino can be quite weird to navigate through.
Are the vibes lucky at Planet Hollywood?
Despite all the haranguing we and many other Vegas aficionados have given Planet Hollywood (mostly because the brand is tired and tacky) the casino at Planet Hollywood actually kicks ass. The flow to the floor is effortless, there's tons of eye candy, the dealers are great, the mix of games and limits are playable and the slot machines are covered in red pleather - which probably cost a lot of money. It's a fun place, good vibes and is definitely worth the visit... particularly the Pleasure Pit where the cards are dealt by hot women in lingerie. Yum.
What casino games are offered at Planet Hollywood?
Planet Hollywood offers the usual tables/slots and more in a beautiful multi-leveled gaming area. Lotsa neato nooks and crannies (particularly the Pleasure Pit, where dealers are wearing lingerie and the tables are surrounded by Go-Go dancers). Definitely explore more than the Miracle Mile/Starbucks entrance.
Games offered include slots, video poker, blackjack, craps, three card poker, roulette, baccarat, pai gow, let it ride and some carnival table games like Crazy 4 Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold Em.
Sports bettors should definitely check out their brand new sportsbook - The Playing Field. It's not very big, but it's comfy and there is a bar right near by that serves everyones favorite Vegas drink - the Yard of Beer.
Does Planet Hollywood have casino comps?
Redeem Club A-List points for gifts or comps. When it was Aladdin, new players card members traditionally got a free ceramic coffee mug, we've got 12 of these in the VT office. These are without a doubt the best promotional coffee mugs you'll ever find. Large, luxurious and well insulated. We doubt that P-Ho is going to be giving away coffee mugs any time soon.

Arabian Nights my ass! If you ask me, combing 80's A-listers, whacked out design, themed rooms, and color changing lights was destined to make this a quintessential Vegas resort. Yes, it's gaudy. Yes, it's tacky. But it's all done in such a high-class way that the overall effect works.

my general home in vegas before and after the updating from the aladdin to the current PH. the new look is more modern with paneling all over and the biggest problem with the revamp is the stationing of the timeshare folks at the elevators off the casino for you to get to your rooms. the beds are very comforatble and they have added movie memorabilia to the rooms. the miracle mile has some of the best shopping and you cant go wrong eating at Cheeseburger, the Spice Marlet buffet and Planet Dailies, the 24 hour resturant.

Good location, dining optrions are good if you don't want to break the bank. Love the shopping. Didn't gamble. Rooms comfortable and decent. Large bathrooms fast elevators.

They gave me a 1,200+ sq. ft. panorama suite when I reserved one of their standard rooms, and for that I will always be grateful. There was no reason to renovate this place. Planet Hollywood better be damn good.

We had a better time the first time we stayed here when it was the Alladin. Be sure to ask for a room upgrade @ check in. First time we stayed here we got an upgrade to a "Strip Suite" for no additional charge !! P Ho's new look in the casino is great. All sorts of flat panel tv's and cool color changing lighting. Wondering if they are going to update the rooms now. Pay the extra fee for a Bellagiio Fountain view room. Worth it.

When my wife and I stayed here, it was The Aladdin, not Planet Hollyblablah.
Althougfh, we had been to Vegas before, this was our first time staying on the strip. We had a blast, we liked Aladdin and would stay here again. THe pool was pretty plain, but somehow we didn't mind. Spice Market buffet is one of the best. Free craps lessons in the casino!

Stayed here one night, was about a month from being PH, horrible experience getting to th room, confusing isn't the right word for it. Staff was nice though.
