Oh my God!!!! This place is on here because, like prison, I can laugh about it now that the pain is gone. Jarred, Aidrianne and I and the only way we, drunk or sober, could tell we were in the right hallway was our smelled like piss AND vomit, as opposed to all the others that just smelled like pee. The I.Pee gets high marks for being so good at being so bad.

Old Style Vegas .. A fun place to play blackjack. And with the "Dealertainers", it's a can't miss for all blackjack players.

Dumpy with character, or was that film on the seats at the slot machine. Dealertainers are very interesting. Don't know who's what there. Would stay there, but not eat there.

We have stayed there numerous times and have always had decent experiences.
The location of the Imperial Palace is superb. Very close to all the cool hangouts!
The main thing that I could say for I.P. is that they need to make their hotel check in process a little quicker. We came into town for NASCAR in 2009 and stood in line to check in for almost 2 HOURS! It was miserable.
Other than that, our rooms have always been clean and comfortable.
I enjoy the casino, the dealertainers are really fun to watch and they all seem to really enjoy their jobs. All the staff members (casino and hotel) are friendly

Stayed at IP several times and always have a great time. Only complaint would be the slow elevators, otherwise great value for the money. Sentimental favorite as this was the first hotel I stayed at in Vegas.

I stayed here for one night in a classic room. It was functional for sleeping and using the restroom. It wasn't dirty, just kind of bare. Personally, I like the gaming here. The Dealertainers make for a good time and it's some of the cheapest games you'll find this end of the strip.

Am staying here again in Feb. 2011. I'm sure it is for a reason but on my birthday weekend, rooms were $35 a night and I got a night free through Total Rewards, so it's like $78 for three nights on the strip when the next closest I could find was Sahara or Bill's for like around $150 for Sahara and $200 for Bill's.

Stayed here a couple times. Cheap and mid-strip. Can be a fun place with decent cocktail service. Only place I've eaten is the cafe and it was only ok.

It's great location on the Strip and the value for the room make this a great choice for a "budget" trip to Vegas. Exciting casino and vibe. Only drawback.....S...L...O...W elevators. Just a thought. On the trip that we stayed at IP, our booking was messed up and so we had a room at Planet Hollywood and a room here for a couple of nights. It was nice to have a room at both ends of the strip to "freshen up" and top off drinks.

Stayed once in the Love Tub room. Check in and out was quick and easy. The beds were very comfortable. The large luv tub was nice. The center strip location is a plus for this hotel.

VERY WORN ROOMS, The Single Greatest Location on the Strip, Fun Dealers, Younger vibe in casino (frathouse atmosphere), Slow Elevators, Lousy Dining Options, Ask for Deluxe (renovated) rooms, Should probably be imploded, but is fun for unpretentious folks on a budget that want to stay on Strip but dont care about sleeping in a dumpy room.

We used to go here a lot years ago, but it's showing it's age. And since it's the cheapest property on the strip, it gets a young, drunk, rowdy crowd.

Only been a couple of times and have not eaten at Hash House A-Go-Go, but am planning on it this trip. I am told it is a great value and an enormous amount of food. Casino is a little shabby but is another place that you don't have to fight the crowd. Also right between the Quad and Harrahs is an outdoor concert stage with a bar.

Oh my god this place is creepy and there are rooms in the parking garage. we had a room with a strip view so you can look out onto somewhere you'd rather be staying. of course that meant that the Harras outside live band was right below our window. Just poop!

The IP is in a great location on The Center Strip. The monorail is right there. That's the best reason to stay at The IP...And I can't think of anything else! I won't ever forget that one night when the fire alarm went beeping... And it was flashing and beeping and making announcements ALL NIGHT! They never even bothered to fix it until sunrise, they just told us not to worry over the intercom. So my dad and I couldn't get any sleep that night, and I had to leave for my day's events cranky and groggy. (I stayed here during a "business trip" in November 2008.)And if that wasn't bad enough, it was worse when we checked out and found out that someone at the hotel had hacked into my dad's bank account and tried to steal money! It took weeks for him to work with BofA to recover the stolen funds and secure his account. For that alone, I'll probably NEVER stay at The IP again. So what else to expect? Crappy rooms that make Motel 6 look like "luxury accomodations". So-so food. Again, there's absolutely no reason to stay here other than need for an ideal location on a super skimpy budget.

The place where I seen the great Terry Archer singing in a oddly busy lounge near the main casino entrance. Sadly this lounge is now turned into a poker room.. I hope you still out there singing you heart out and hitting the low notes Terry, I wish you the best!!
Without Terry Archer, I have no intrest in thiis casino. Although I did hear they have the Lowrider magazine convention here..
Im sure its days are numbered..
