The Barbary Coast was real old school class at a very fair price. Of course Harrah's couldn't allow a good thing like that to stay in place.

El Cortez
I love everything about this joint. Only at the El can you see a little old lady and a gangbanger kindly swap strategies about the Wizard of Oz machine. The coffee shop is the best, the bar drinks are dirt cheap and the blackjack tables still give out 3:2 payouts on blackjack. Everyone complains about the smoke and the smell. I think I'm addicted to it. No, really. I think I may need help.
Tropicana
Haven't stayed there in years, so I have yet to experience the remodel. Did a walk through a few months back and liked what I saw. Always will have a soft spot for the Trop.
Bill's Gamblin Hall and Saloon
I really just added this to slag the place. Was the first place I stayed at back when it was the Barbary and it was amazing. Went through there a couple of years ago and almost cried. A total lack of care by the good folks over at Harrah's.
