Flying in sept 20 late evening by myself, staying 6 days, Hope to try some good Martini's and some good micro beers but I am smart enough to know a hangover can waste a day in Vegas.... don't know where I am staying may split some time between the strip and downtown.... undecided.

Good strip location, for seniors, I like this location, if you don't have a car rental staying here is good because they have great shuttle options to all vegas harrahs properties, great way to get to rio for a night etc.
California
Clean, easy access to parking, quiet. it has a large Hawaiin guest following, Price is right, often run room specials.
Tropicana
I love the location and room rates, I usually don't go to vegas to hang in a room so its great, don't care much for the Casino or restaurants. but a place to scope room rates for bargains.
