THE finest , classiest place in Vegas...period. I got my room after a promo code and my unused resort credit was applied for $264 June6-8! I will stay here every chance I get!!!but will place elsewhere, casino was boring, (but not meant for a low roller like me) and we laugh at anyone who will stand outside in of ANY club (XS) on a Sunday at 2 am, and still try to take themselves seriously. First class all the way!!

Nothing special, stayed in one of their players suite, was okay, nice decor, Bose system was kinda cool. Egyptian motive needs to be updated. Tower rooms definitely better than the pyramid rooms.

Wife booked the trip on the advise of an AMEX travel advisor (had to use the points up). let's say this for the Rio...nice size room, GREAT buffet..pool decent, when we went there were WAY too many kids around. ZERO nightlife at this place.

if you have zero plans to eat here and ONLY plan to use this place for the location (and it is a great location, next to Flamingo, and Bally and across LV Blvd from Caesars and the Bellagio) for "just the bed". then this is your place. Beware the desk people not the most friendly and helpful "lost" my reservation, good thing I keep ALL my travel info on my Palm and got my room even after they said there was no reservation and for less than what they wanted to charge me that day. Also steer clear of the room service, wife got food poisoning.
